Frank serves as Chairman of Howard Insurance. He oversees and advises on all aspects of the firm and is responsible for the management of its financial affairs.
For over four decades, Frank has built a reputation for his sound insurance advice, client advocacy, and loyalty. In addition to providing superior guidance to clients, his advice has been sought by the insurance companies he represents. Frank has served on advisory councils including The Hartford Jonathan Trumbell Council, and continues to sit on the board of the Metropolitan Washington Service Corporation.
Frank is a graduate of Villanova University, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Frank has served on various boards of schools and charities. He recently retired from the board of The Primary Day School after over 15 years of service. He continues to stay intimately involved with several local educational charities, including the Washington Jesuit Academy.
